What sizes of property do you buy?

We buy a variety of sizes from 0.10 acres up to hundreds of acres.

What costs are involved?

You pay no costs or fees. All fees related to the sale of your property are paid by us.

When do i get my money?

The escrow company will do the transfer of payment to you via completion of the sale.

How long will it take to sell my land to you?

We strive to close as quickly as we can and have an average timeframe of 30 days.

How do I know you’ll really pay me?

My property has a house or other improvements, will you still buy it?

No, we do not buy properties with improvements such as houses, trailer houses, manufactured homes, office buildings or warehouses. We only buy vacant land. However, if your land has a small shed, driveway, or other small improvement, we may still purchase it from you.

I owe money on my property, will you still buy it?

If you owe money on the property we will need to look carefully at your individual situation. Be sure to mention this to us, either on the online form, or when you call us, so we can do the extra research necessary on your parcel.

I inherited my property, will you still buy it?

It depends on your individual situation and how the property was transferred to you.

I don’t have the original deed to my property, will you still buy it?

You don’t need your original deed to sell your property, as long as the deed was recorded with the County Clerk and Recorder when you purchased the land.

How do you come up with the prices you offer?

We take a look at a number of factors. We have purchased thousands of properties in the past 25 years. The biggest factor in determining the value of your property is the amount we have purchased similar parcels for in the past.
